NeighborFlow – Plumber Onboarding Agreement

Terms of Use

Last Updated: November 26, 2025

This Plumber Onboarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the plumbing provider identified in the onboarding form (“Plumber,” “you,” “your”) and NeighborFlow (“NeighborFlow,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting the onboarding form or participating on the platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of This Agreement

NeighborFlow connects homeowners with independent plumbers. This Agreement covers how you participate in the platform, how leads are delivered, how you are billed, and the responsibilities of both parties.

2. Independent Business Status

You acknowledge that:

  • You operate as an independent business.

  • NeighborFlow is not your employer, partner, or contractor

  • You are solely responsible for your pricing, customer service, workmanship, and legal compliance.

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, franchise, or joint-venture relationship.

3. Licensing and Insurance Requirements

You confirm that:

  • You hold all required plumbing licenses for the areas you serve.

  • Your licenses are active and not under disciplinary action.

  • You carry any required liability insurance.

You agree to provide updated documentation if requested.

NeighborFlow may suspend or remove plumbers who cannot verify licensing or insurance.

4. How Lead Routing Works

When a homeowner requests service:

  • Their call is routed directly to the phone number you provide.

  • You see their caller ID and interact with the homeowner directly.

  • NeighborFlow does not join, monitor, or control the call.

You are responsible for answering your phone during chosen service hours.

5. Lead Definition and Billing

You will be billed for every valid lead. A valid lead is any of the following:

  • A call from a homeowner requesting plumbing service in your service area

  • A call lasting long enough for both parties to talk (45 seconds)

  • A clear service request even if the call ends early

  • A voicemail left by a homeowner requesting service

You will not be billed for:

  • Obvious spam or robocalls

  • Wrong numbers unrelated to plumbing

  • Calls clearly outside your stated service area

  • Duplicate calls from the same homeowner within a short window

NeighborFlow reviews disputed calls, and final decisions are based on call metadata and context.

Lead prices may change with notice via email or dashboard.

6. Conduct Expectations

You agree to:

  • Respond professionally and honestly

  • Give clear pricing and scheduling

  • Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior

  • Provide safe, responsible service

NeighborFlow may pause or remove plumbers for homeowner complaints or harmful conduct.

7. Data and Communication

You agree that NeighborFlow may:

  • Route calls through its phone system

  • Track call metadata (time, duration, completion status)

  • Send you texts or emails about leads, billing, or account updates

We do not listen to or record audio unless legally required.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Neighborflow. These messages may include service-related updates, notifications, reminders, and other communications related to the services you have requested.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected]

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy at https://legal.neighborflo.com/privacy-policy.

9. Fees and Payment

Lead charges are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to:

  • Keep a valid payment method on file

  • Pay for all valid leads

  • Pay any balance owed when invoiced

Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension.

10. Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time.
NeighborFlow may immediately suspend you for:

  • Licensing issues

  • Fraud

  • Repeated homeowner complaints

  • Abuse of the platform or system

You remain responsible for any unpaid lead charges.

11. Liability

NeighborFlow is not responsible for:

  • Work performed by you

  • Damage, injury, or loss related to your service

  • Homeowner disputes or nonpayment

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

Your agreements, work, and outcomes are strictly between you and the homeowner.
